Hope is a workout that follows the Fight Gone Bad format. It’s 3 rounds for reps of Burpees, Power Snatch, Box Jumps, Thrusters & Chest to Bar Pullups. Each movement is 1 minute, each round is 5 minutes long.
The event on the 13th starts at 9am. Coaches Brandon & Warren will be in the 12:20pm heat! Come get in your own WOD at CFP at 8, 9 or 10 that morning, then, we’d love to get a group together to go cheer on our coaches and to support this great cause!!!
