Day to day & week to week even, it’s sometimes hard to see that noticeable change in your body that you’ve been training for.
Maybe you haven’t hit a new PR in a few weeks or you feel like you’ve hit a plateau. It’s easy to get down on yourself & to give up. But seriously, STOP worrying about all of that & remember what it’s all about… EFFORT!!!
Transformation doesn’t happen overnight! Real change takes time. Give yourself a little grace & remember why you started in the first place! Give it your best effort every single day & keep pushing!!!
