#fitspiration Monday is back!!! Last week the blog kind of took a hiatus, but we’re back & we’re ready to roll!
Mondays can be such a downer at times, but they can be made way better if you just view the day as a new, fresh start! A new day to start over! A new week to be healthy & think happy thoughts.
Good habits take practice, just like bad ones, so put in some good habit practice this week!
Shoot for excellence. Why not!? You’ll be surprised how far a good sweat session & some endorphins will carry you!
Resist the temptation!! Put down the donut, turn the TV off (your DVR is set anyways!). Get your butt into the box!! Oh & have some fun 🙂
