Programming News & a Reminder

Hello there athletes!  We have some exciting things coming up for the next 6 weeks of programming & want to share with you guys!


Beginning the week of the 26th, we will be implementing a 6 week programming cycle focusing on improving 2 lifts – Front Squats & Power Cleans as well 2 metcon benchmarks – your 1 mile run time and the AMRAP Cindy.

Next week, we will establish the baseline for these 2 lifts and metcons.  Try to make it into the box next Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday if at all possible to establish your 4 benchmarks!!  If you happen to miss a day, Sunday can be used as a makeup day.

It should be a fun 6 weeks of programming & we’re really excited to see all the growth and progress y’all make!  Let us know if you have any questions!

**Just a reminder for this Sunday – our fearless Oly coach Tim will be at a competition (Best of luck Timmy!!), so, sadly he won’t be there to coach us.  We will still be having open gym at 12 & time to work on any lifts you’d like!**
