True story.  Sleeping your weekend away won’t get you any compliments.  And it’s hard to believe that you’re “super busy”, but you can sleep til 715 every day in order to be at work by 830.

I’m not saying to sacrifice all your sleep for a workout, rest is important!  But, I am saying…

Someone-Busier-Than-You

Investing in your health will take a few sacrifices!  A couple times a week, it might just mean getting up a littler earlier….or using your lunch break….or going to work with your sports bra on so you go workout after.

Whatever you gotta do, just do it!  Invest in yourself & your health, it will be worth it!!
