It’s day 1 of our 6 week Paleo Challenge! Who’s excited!? I know I am! Here are my tips to you for this 1st week:
- Easy peasy Paleo flow chart…
- Plan ahead!! If you don’t have the proper food prepped & available, you’re setting yourself up for failure!
- Clean out your pantry & fridge! You can’t have cheese or bread staring you in the face every time you open the pantry/fridge door.
- If you’re hungry, eat! Just make sure it fits within the Paleo guidelines.
- Be STRONG! Mind over matter, my friends! We’re trying to develop better habits here, it’s going to take a little discipline.
