CFP is excited to announce we will now be offering a specialty Gymnastics Class every Saturday at 10:30am!! Our 1st Gymnastics class will begin Saturday, April 18th.
Still trying to get your 1st strict pull-up? Is a strict muscle-up your next goal? Trying to string more kipping pull-ups or muscle-ups together? Struggling with ring rows, chest to bar pull-ups or maintaining positions in your beat swing? This class is for you!! Our first 8 week focus will be on pull-up & muscle-up progressions.
Any & all levels are welcome in our gymnastics class! The Gymnastics class is included in your CFP membership & will last about 45 minutes.
Your coaches will hone in on gymnastic skill work in order to provide you a deeper, better understanding of the skills & progressions that normal CrossFit class times may not allow for. “Homework” or extra “on your own” work may be given for you to work on during the week to further your progress.
