Just a reminder about our FREE Foundations Classes! We offer a series of 4 foundations classes (to be completed within a week’s timeframe) & hold them Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays at 7:00pm and Saturday mornings at 10:30. We cover most of the fundamental movements you see in a typical CrossFit class, so that new athletes are more prepared to join in WODs.
By ensuring new members go through Foundations Classes, it also allows us to not take as much time and attention away from our current and/or more experienced athletes during classes. We ask that people complete at least 3 of the 4 foundations classes before moving on to the regular classes.
Be sure to say hello to some of our recent Foundations graduates and welcome them to the box. Remember how it felt to be new?? Please take a flyer from the front desk and invite a friend or relative to come join in the fun! If they join, there is something in it for you too!
